As you may or may not know, the Panic! at the Disco concert was last night (although you probably do, because literally half of DV was there)! It was absolutely incredible, and a few of our staff attended. Here’s how three of us on how we felt about the concert.

Colby:

I’m shook. This concert was absolutely everything. Every single time Brendon Urie hit a high note (which was pretty often because he’s incredible) my soul left my body and then shot back into me. While I have been to quite a few concerts in my years, this might rival Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour as one of my favorites. It was high energy, basically a full out dance party, and even had a big old LGBT segment that made me very happy. During the song Girls/Girls/Boys, Brendon had us hold up colored hearts handed out before the concert with our flashlights to show solidarity with the community, which made my heart sing. There was a girl in front of me who stood rigid like a statue the entire concert that simply astounded me. That’s so strange to me, why would you do that at a concert, especially one like this? Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Alissa:

I am lost for words. This is most definitely going down as the best night of my life. Pure joy is what I felt the whole night, and I am not ashamed to say that I cried. Are you a true Panic! fan if you didn’t cry at least once during the concert? I was fortunate enough to have an amazing friend who won some tickets, and even shared one with me, because without her, I would have missed out on the most beautiful event in the world.

I am lost on what to talk about because it was all amazing! I had amazing seats, the music was fantastic and I cried twice. Simply being in the same room as Bebo made my heart soar, I’m almost in tears thinking about it again. He sang the piano version of this is gospel, ON A RISING PLATFORM RIGHT NEXT TO THE AUDIENCE. I can’t even begin to talk about Girls/Girl/Boys, which also had me in tears. Being supported by one of my role models will never make me happier. LET”S NOT FORGET HOW HE WALKED THROUGH THE CROWD SINGING DEATH OF A BACHELOR! I am almost in tears just thinking about this concert. My little emo heart can’t take anymore. Thank you Brendon Urie for making my life complete.

Kaylie:

Panic! is probably one of the best concerts that I will ever go to. I got these tickets as a birthday present for my best friend. She’s a huge fan and she got me into their music. This was the second concert I’ve ever been to and it was an amazing experience. I was close enough to the stage that I got to see his smile, and his voice sounded amazing. I would go to this concert over and over again it was so good. His dancing was probably my favorite part of all it was soooo good. I’m still in shock about how amazing it was and how much fun it was.

In Conclusion: WE LOVED IT. SHOOK.
