Movie lovers like me can all agree that going to the movie theater is one of their favorite activities. The anticipation of waiting for the newest movie to come out is full of excitement. From getting a warm, buttery bucket of popcorn to watching the movie trailers before the actual movie, the movie theater is an experience that people of all ages can enjoy. While sitting at home renting a movie is nice, going to the movie theater is an experience. Couples, families, or even just by yourself, anybody can go see a movie. Going to the movies also lets you see the movie before anybody has because if you rent a movie, you have to wait until it goes on DVD. By then, the movie will already be months old and everyone will have already seen it. Many movie theaters have recliner seats that already make you feel like you are at home. The atmosphere that is present when you walk into the theater gives you a sense of excitement, knowing that someone is just as excited as you to see the upcoming movie. Going to the movies gives an experience, rather than sitting at home renting a movie. Movie theaters provides an experience like no other.

Rental Pro (Yami):

If you are anything like me, you are the type of person who enjoys watching movies at home rather than at a local movie theater. Of course every now and then I’ll take a trip to the theater with a couple of friends just to do something on a Friday night, but the majority of the time I’d much rather rent a movie and watch it at home. Instead of spending $50 just to go see one movie, save your money and spend as much as $15 to cover snacks, drinks, and the movie itself for you and your friends to enjoy.

There are a few positive things about going to the movie theater, but nothing can beat watching a movie in the comfort of your home. You don’t need to watch the movie at a specific time; it all comes down to what you choose! Theaters never let you bring outside food or drinks inside so if you want to eat chicken, or something other than what they offer you, you can’t.  When you are at home, you can eat whatever your stomach desires. You can even include blankets, tons of pillows, and your furry pets to accompany you. Not only is it cheaper, but it’s all the better choice.

Spending a lot of money is not required to have a good time just to watch a movie. There is always a better solution, save your money, rent a movie! Watch it comfortably at home with whoever and with whatever food and drinks you choose.
