2K Games has improved their graphics in two of their games that are coming out this fall. WWE 2K18’s changed dramatically when compared to its 2017 version. NBA 2K18 focused on improving their graphics as well, but not the overall graphics — just the faces. WWE released these pictures of their game on their twitter [email protected] From the side by side comparison (check galley) you can see that the wrestlers look much more realistic. Brock Lesnar looks much bigger and life-like. As shown in the photos, their belts actually fit over the waist this time. Randy Ortin’s tattoos are more realistic and his abs are also more defined. Seth Rollins has a sort of glow to him in his photo. His hair, for one, doesn’t look like dried spaghetti hanging down his face. His face also changed, giving it more detail. Just like the other two character avatars, he looks like his body build was more defined and given a much sleeker look.

In NBA2k18, the faces were given a new look. As you can see, LeBron doesn’t have a disgusting tan and odd brown skin tone on his face, which was especially noticeable since it didn’t match the rest of his body. Steph Curry didn’t really look good before the upcoming updates either. Curry now has a beard and his hair actually looks like the hair he has now. LeBron, Curry, KD, and Kyrie all had the same off-yellow tan on their face (for the most part all of the game characters did); now that has been fixed. So, in the picture we can see that Kyrie’s tattoos pop out more. His hair doesn’t look black and gray and like it doesn’t fit on his head. His beard also looks better. Just like the others the hair has been fixed, and so has the beard. Kevin looks darker and it’s because there is no yellow tan. The eyes are another plus for the faces.  All and all, the graphics of these 2 games have improved very nicely. As technology continues to advance, graphics will improve, and so will our way of playing games.
