Beginning Monday 10/29, Room 212 will be after school from 2:15 – 3:30 for Tutorial and Study Hall. A lot of students know that if they go home, their homework will never get done, so they just need a place to focus. Other students may need tutoring help. Academic Support is a program that provides both.

WHAT?

Academic Support is an after school homework and tutorial room. Students can come to complete homework and get some support if tutors are available. Students are to maintain a proper learning environment. Behavioral concerns will be asked to leave and may lose tutorial and support privileges.

WHERE?

Room 212

WHEN?

Begins Monday, October 29, 2018

WHO?

Tutors – Students in need of Service Hours are needed to support their fellow students. This is a great opportunity for community service hours and it looks great on college applications and scholarship resumes.

Tutees – Who should come? Any student in need of support or quiet room for homework. For some students, showing up might be mandatory for make-up work and homework, but anyone can just walk in and take advantage of this program.
