The Brass Armadillo is an antique store located at 12419 N 28th Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85029. Last weekend I decided to visit to take a look at what they had to offer, and here’s what I found. Upon walking into the Brass Armadillo, you most likely will be overwhelmed, which is why I recommend having a goal of something you want, that is if you even are going to buy something. If not, it still is fun to browse around and see what the store has to offer. It is basically a warehouse, with each isle set up to be named after an important or notable location from Arizona. I personally, went to look for music. I spent around a half an hour browsing for music, searching for crates strewn around in each section. Upon not finding anything I talked to the employees, who directed me to the back in which I found an entire record selection, a very impressive one for an antique store.
They had albums such as All Things Must Pass by George Harrison and a reissue of The Wall by Pink Floyd. The employees are helpful, the store is an interesting place to be, and their selection is impressive, I’d say if you are looking for an interesting place to go, whether it be for entertainment or to buy something, The Brass Armadillo is definitely a go to.
