Fatty fish contains omega-3, omega-6, and Vitamin D which help regulate and reduce inflammation and improve healthy brain functions.

Eggs are a good source of Vitamin D and protein which are essential in our bodies development. They also contain tryptophan. N amino acid, which boosts our serotonin levels and improves our overall mood.
Yogurt contains probiotics which have been shown to lower social anxiety and stress.
Chamomile contains apigenin, which has the same effect as an anti-anxiety medication, benzodiazepines. It also helps you sleep, so if you are someone who often finds yourself lying awake at night, try drinking some chamomile tea before bed.
